This recipe was inspired by Christmas and the season of giving gifts in general. You know how it is when you get older, it just becomes so much harder to choose presents? Maybe because you don’t have a lot of time to shop or your budget goes to so many other things or there just doesn’t really seem to be anything perfect for the special people in your life. But I also realized—speaking from experience, that when you get older, the more you enjoy receiving food. Like any time you get delectable goodness it becomes a extra special moment.
That’s why, this Christmas, I decided to sell something that everyone likes, that does not take a long time to get done, that can be affordable, and that I can create myself to make it more special: cookies.
